I’m happy with it… just wondering why it has no taste?!I'm very pleased with this product. It has a mild taste. I'm sure the versions with alcohol have a stronger, sharper taste, but I wanted the non alcoholic version. It has a nice smooth golden color with an oil like consistency. When I add it to drinks, I think it enhances the taste of the desired ginger effect. It dissolves instantly in drinks.I used to make my ginger sodas with organic ginger powder but the drawback was the undissolved residue. Now I can get the desired strength and taste in my ginger drinks. Organic is always a feature I look for and products that are minimally processed. I use 1-2 dropperfuls in an 12 to 16 oz glass which is not too much for me because I like a strong ginger flavor. I will be using this brand from now on.Over stated effectiveness of productYou can hardly taste the ginger in this product.This is an alcohol-free ginger extract with a great flavor and a reasonable price!Was hoping to add a big boost of gingery flavor to my green tea. Sadly there was no big boost of flavor.It helps to reduce my heart burn episodes.Good product, but I prefer the old stuff with alcohol.
